We have yarn partner factory to meet our sweater production and we sell the yarn directly since it is many years cooperation with our yarn material partners and participate in yarn development and reaserch.
Q3. Can we get samples to check before placing Bulk orders?
Yes, sample order is acceptable. Normally it takes 7-10 working days to finish a sample.
Q4. Do you provide customized (OEM/ODM) services?
Absolutely, we could offer OEM and ODM services and have design team help to develop and complete the final Teck pack even though only have rough sketch or picture.
Q5. Could you support the customized package?
Yes , free design to build the exclusive solution , even the logo.
Q6. What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
1.For stocked items, MOQ 1 pieces is available.
2.For customized design, MOQ is 50 pieces for each style and each color.
Q7. What about the lead time for bulk order?
The lead time is about 25-50 days normally. Need confirm the exact lead time before Order against different products and quantity.
Q8. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or other international express for samples. lt usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are for Bulk goods.
